100% Nerello Mascalese.

Organically farmed (non-certified), dry-farmed, and hand-picked grapes grown on volcanic soils at an elevation of 600 meters.  Matured in steel tanks for six months before bottling.  

Bright, pale straw to the eye.  The bubbles are Fine and persistent.  On the nose Subtle notes of lemon pith and white flower blossoms.  The palate is Bold, yet bright, with pronounced flavors of lemon curd. It has a clean, balanced, and fresh finish.  12% ABV
