45% Pinot Noir, 38% Pinot Meunier, 17% Chardonnay, 37% Reserve wines.

Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims., Pinot Meunier from the Marne Valley. Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. 

This Champagne has a pale golden color with fine, persistent bubbles.  The nose offers a complex bouquet of fruits, with notes of citrus (lemon, lemon zest), green apple, and pear. Aged notes like brioche, toasted bread, and nuts are also present.  It is crisp and elegant on the palate, with flavors of ripe apple and citrus. Lees aging provides a creamy texture and hints of toastiness. Some reviewers also find earthy notes and a light minerality.  The finish is clean, crisp, and refined, with a harmonious balance of acidity and fruit.  12% ABV
