90% Tannat, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged for 11 months in French oak barrels (renewed by thirds, roughly 30% new oak), followed by an additional 4 months of harmonization in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Deep ruby-red with vivid purple/mauve highlights. Concentrated dark fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, dark cherry) layered with subtle violet notes, black olive, and savory spices like black pepper and clove. Supple and silky attack on entry that transitions into a dense, structured frame of rich, powerful tannins balanced by vibrant, refreshing acidity and a very long, aromatic finish. 14.5% ABV
