74% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon

Château Fleur Cardinale has a history spanning a couple centuries.  The first records of the property date back to 1819, when there were vineyard plots and buildings in a place called Thibeaud, where the current winery exists.  Deep, dark purple-black.  Expressive aromas of jammy dark cherries, ripe blackcurrants, and mulberries mixed with smoky coffee bean, mocha, dark chocolate, and subtle dried herbs. Lush, broad, and voluptuous. It has a generous core of juicy black and red fruits layered with spice, licorice, and hints of crushed slate or graphite. 14.5%ABV
