Clouston & Co, circa 1895, was Marlborough’s general merchant, trading and importing wine, wool, and agricultural supplies. Generations later, the Clouston & Co of today produces estate grown wines using New Zealand’s unique soil, climate, and pure aquifers.  Winemaker David Clouston continues a 100-year-old legacy in the family wine business.  The bouquet has lifted aromas of vanilla bean and wild thyme outfitted with red berry fruits and a savory earthiness. The palate has bright red cherry flavors interlaced with forest floor, cranberry and bramble nuances. The Focused frame and toasty backbone are Balanced with rounded tannins.  12.5% ABV
