100% Garnacha

This village wine comes off 3 biodynamically farmed plots in Rozas de Puerto Real, and 90 year old vines at 900m in granite sands. It was native fermented in open oak and concrete vats with 100% whole bunch and 45 days of maceration before aging 10 months in oak foudres and large concrete vats.  Black cherry, dark raspberry is tightened with a ferrous stony grip via the long, finely sticky tannins. Complexed with old vine concentration, and mountain fresh acidity, there is great tension and energy here.  14% ABV
