Harvested at the fresh fruit stage, it is common to smell notes of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry...) and/or floral notes such as violet. it is often a plot whose terroir is made up of clay and flint. to drink between 16 and 18 degrees.   13.5% ABV
