A fruity and mineral nose. In the mouth this white wine from Roussillon is lively with beautiful volume and length.  The nose features intense citrus blossom, floral lilacs, and white peach mixed with a distinctive flinty mineral backdrop. Soft, sensual, and smooth upon entry. It develops a delicate mid-palate volume filled with sapid pear and grapefruit notes before finishing with excellent length and a touch of saline freshness.  14% ABV
