100% Chenin Blanc

Grown on vines averaging 50 years old on schist soils, with the presence of sandstone and limestone, with a south-southwest exposure at 78 metres above sea level and protection from cold northern winds. This combination of soil, exposure and altitude creates an ideal microclimate for Chenin’s optimal development.  The wine offers scents of honey, quince, flint and hazelnuts, with a broad, appealing nose. On the palate, the balance between beautiful fruit and acidity is admirable, with textbook concentration and clarity of flavor. The finish is subtly bittersweet, a sign of a wine destined for long ageing.  13% ABV
