Domaine Bott Crozes-Hermitage Rouge 2021

An elegant Crozes with plenty of fine tannins and a mineral acidity that together deftly underlines the ample red fruits, smoke and red beet character. Long, very satisfying finish. This ought to mature in bottle very well.  Ruby red with purple highlights. Red and black fruit on the nose, with notes of spicy black pepper. Supple and fresh on the palate with firm, elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish.
