Merlot 65%, Cabernet Franc 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%

Red and black fruit, hint of mint and spice. Bone dry and bold. Leather, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco, earthy minerality. Dense and fine tannins, smooth and balanced finish. Organically farmed since 1818. Female run since 1995 since Samuelle Delol took over from her father as the sixth generation winemaker.  Aged in french barriques for 12-14 Months.
