60% Syrah, 40% Carignan

Vines are a minimum of 40 years old.  Crafted using entirely spontaneous fermentation driven by native yeasts found naturally on the grape skins.  Every grape is carefully hand-picked in small crates to keep the fruit pristine before crushing. The nose offers deep notes of dark/black fruits accompanied by subtle hints of licorice.  The palate is Gourmande (inviting, rich, or luscious) with supple, smooth tannins and a beautifully structured body.  14% ABV
