Average vine age of between 50-80 years.  The wine is vinified using native yeasts and aged for about 12 months in barrique, mostly used. A pure and bright medium-bodied style that captures the rustic charm of the grape while keeping a clean and fresh finish.  Bright red currant, cranberry, and wild strawberry layered with dried herbs, white pepper, and subtle earthy notes. Light-to-medium bodied with vibrant acidity, silky tannins, and a fresh, mineral-driven finish.  14% ABV
