100% Chenin Blanc

Rich gold with fine, tiny, persistent bubbles.  Aromas of Honeycomb, ripe yellow peach, cantaloupe, quince, and delicate white flowers with a touch of fresh brioche/croissant.  The palate is supple, rounded, and airy texture with crisp stone fruits, melon notes, a fine lees-derived almond nuance, and a vibrant, mineral-driven acidic finish.  12.5% ABV
