80% Grenache / 10% Syrah / 10% Mourvèdre

Average Vine age of 70 years old.  Aging is 18 to 24 months, 90% in concrete tanks and 10% in barrels.  On the Nose, Aromas of ripe blackberries, plum, and herbs with hints of pepper and spice.  On the Palate, Rich dark fruit flavors with layers of licorice, smoked herbs, and vanilla The Finish is Long and structured, with smooth tannins and lingering notes of oak and spice.  14.5% ABV
