Domaine Marcel Richaud 'Bulbille' Rouge 2024

Counoise: 55%, Cinsault: 30%, Grenache: 15%

Although Bulbille is classified as a Vin de France, it comes from just outside the Cru village of Cairanne.  The wines are made in large capacity cement vats, each varietal vinified apart until a blend is done, about 8 months later.  

Notes of small red fruits (Red currant, cranberry, raspberry), floral aromas, spice, and a hint of savory character.  The palate is round, elegant, and supple, with flavours of raspberry and other small red fruits. It has a juicy, bright profile.  12.5% ABV
