40% MOURVEDRE, 25% GRENACHE, 25 % SYRAH, 5% CARIGNAN, 5% COUNOISE

Off of an average age of 40-70 years old, planted on the hillsides above the village of Cairanne.  Natural vinification in mix of foudres, demi-muids and concrete.  Aromas of dark cherries, violet, lilac and dark berries. Moderately weighted, round and elegant on the palate, it offers a juicy mid-palate with lively freshness, leading to an ethereal, gourmand finish.  14% ABV
