Average Vine Age of 40 years.  Aged 20 months in Stainless Steel Tanks.  Remarkably deep smoky nose, Remarkable concentration and ample fine tannins that build to a real crescendo in the powerful, fine-grained and minerally finish. 100% whole bunch fermentation.  This Gamay glows in deep ruby red in the glass and exudes aromas of red berries. On the palate, it inspires with silky elegance and density, while it looks fresh with mineral overtones. The tannins are very fine, the finish pleasantly long.
