Domaine Richaud L'Ebrescade Cairanne 2023

50% Mourvèdre, 25% Syrah, and 25% Grenache

Average vine age of 70 years for Syrah; 40 years for Grenache and Mourvèdre.  Aged for 24 months in old demi-muids and foudre.  Deep and dense red colour with ruby tinges.  The nose and the mouth are dominated by jammy fruits, smoked flavors and spiced cinnamon.  Tanins are concentrated and smooth.  This cuvée présents a beautiful roundness with a long finish.  Ebrescade 2023 is an exquisitely intense cuvée, whose stylish palate has lovely finesse and complexity.  15.5% ABV
