Grapes are de-stemmed and partially crushed. Maceration takes place for 6 to 8 hours, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures (\(15\text{--}18^{\circ}C\)) with selected yeasts. Clear and bright lemon yellow with golden hues. Fresh citrus (lime), peach, green apple, and white pear, with an elegant, floral herbal background and subtle minerality. Fresh and lively with high, balanced acidity. The texture is creamy yet light, finishing with a persistent citrus/saline character. 12.5% ABV
