The estate is situated between Corbières & Minervois, 12 miles from from Carcassone and 25 miles from the Mediterranean. 10-25 year old vines. A dry, brisk, vibrant rosé with a pale salmon color and sweet red berry, stone fruits and citrus aromatics. Notes of fresh red cherry, raspberry, cran-apple, and a note of tangerine citrus. A thread of mineral streaks across the palate on the finish. 12.5% ABV
