The Carillon family Domaine dates back to the 16th century.  Vine age between 19 to 49 years old.  ypically blended from multiple distinct local climats (such as Derrière la Velle, Reuchaux, Corvée, Levrons, Aubues, Tremblots, Noyer Bret, and Rousselles).

Honeysuckle and crème brûlée with white peach and jasmine on the nose. The palate is open and delectable, offering a more extrovert expression of the vintage, whilst remaining taut and finely textured.  13.5% ABV
