Located in the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada and founded in 1998, Manuel and Sara recovered an old orchard preserving ancient varieties while planting around 500 more trees with wild foraged varieties, mostly prunus malus.   Limited to around 10,000 bottles produced per year.  On the noes aromatic pome fruit (fresh apple) and floral notes, balanced with a light, wild, or gentle barnyard funk.  Sharp, tangy, and very citrusy (lemon or grapefruit accents) with high freshness.  7% ABV
