Ukiyo-e (ooh-kee-yoh-eh) are Japanese woodblock prints from the Edo period, depicting kabuki actors, beautiful women, and everyday life. Celebrated for their artistry, they mirror the way brewers express themselves through their craft. This complex Junmai Daiginjo reflects that same depth and sophistication—much like a seasoned kabuki performer—proving that crafting a truly beautiful, balanced sake is an art in itself.  Smooth and delicate, this sake offers inviting aromas of honeydew, Fuji apple, and a hint of licorice. On the palate, it’s slightly dry with notes of honeydew, Bartlett pear, cherry, and a touch of almond, finishing clean and crisp.  15.3% ABV
