100% Chardonnay

Searby Chardonnay is fermented and aged in both stainless steel and neutral French oak preserving the bright, fresh fruit aromas of Asian pear, key lime pie, mango and green apple candy. An enticing aroma of tropical flowers accompanies flavors of pineapple, orange blossom and citrus enhanced by a crisp acidity and touch of minerality.  This coastal-influenced white is crunchy in green apple, melon and mango. Ultimately balanced and medium bodied in ripeness and body weight, it finishes in a pleasing note of Meyer lemon.  13.8% ABV
