Semi-sweet mead infused with citrus peel & culinary Lavender from Fleur de Provence Lavender Farm at Green Bluff, WA, and and Hierophant Herb Farm, Freeland, WA.

Light, bright, and floral this mead exhibits the faintest touch of sweetness which brings out floral lavender paired with two types of citrus zest. This mead is an excellent choice where a drier, lemony white would normally be preferred.
