Traditional method sparkling wine with long maturation under the strict regulations of the “Corpinnat” authority. Vinified with estate fruit – strictly selected grape varieties are carefully combined to display complexity, elegance and finesse with fine perlage. Several years of bottle development refines the exquisite experience.  

A pale yellow hue with fine bubbles.  On the nose, it is characterised by fresh aromas of green apple and pear, accompanied by subtle citrus notes. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with a balanced acidity that enhances its clean and straightforward profile. Its finish is enduring, leaving a sensation of freshness.  12% ABV
