Mise du Printemps translates in English to Spring Harvest, which is when this wine is bottled in Alsace.   Bottled at the end of February to celebrate the arrival of spring, the wine embodies the freshness and delicacy of early youth. Tasty and crisp, with its delicate floral nose featuring white peach and fresh fruit. The gentle, very supple mouthfeel, alongside notes of nectarine and juicy fruits, creates a lively and apparent whole, with a fresh and saline finish.  12% ABV
