100% Pinot Grigio (Sivi Pinot)

36-hour skin maceration (giving it a characteristic pink/ramato hue), aged on lees for 6 months in stainless steel, with a small portion (5%) matured for one month in 225L oak barrels.  The bouquet is reminiscent of ripe pear, red apple, flowers, melon and tropical fruit. Pleasant acidity and minerality on the palate are followed by the discreet creamy aftertaste that is typical of wines matured on lees.  13.5% ABV
