L.N. Mattei Cap Corse Quinquina Rouge

L.N. Mattei Cap Corse Quinquina Rouge is a classic French aperitif from Corsica, created in 1872. It is a blend of Corsican Muscat and Vermentinu mistelles, infused with exotic herbs, walnuts, local citron (cedrat), and cinchona bark.  Rust-red color, robust quinine bitterness balanced with light honeyed fruit, caramel notes, and complex herbal undertones (notably rosemary). It finishes wonderfully dry and deep.
