Located near Auxerre in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyard runs along a small river with a predestined name: the Serein. The Cistercian monks of Pontigny planted vines here from the 12th century.   Fermentation In stainless steel vats to respect the characteristics of the Chablis terroir and let all its minerality express itself. After fermentation, the Premiers Crus are aged for 6 months on fine lees.   Beautiful shiny robe, pale yellow with green reflections. Seductive nose, very fresh, which gives off beautiful floral scents. On the palate, the beautiful balance between fresh fruit and minerality sublimates this wine.  13% ABV
