100% Chenin Blanc

The estate has been conducted in certified organic farming since 2006 and is oriented towards biodynamics. The 12-hectare vineyard is located in the locality of La Roche aux Moines, enclosed in the Savennières vineyard, and benefits from a particular micro-climate.  Le Berceau des Fées is made from young Chenin Blanc vines grown on 2 hectares. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats for 9 months.  The nose opens with bright orchard fruits, featuring prominent notes of quince, green apple, pear, and lemon. Subtle layers of chamomile, white flowers, light honey, and a distinct chalky minerality support the fruit profile.  The palate, is fresh, zippy, and racy. It displays a vibrant core of citrus and orchard fruits paired with a rounded, textured mouthfeel from aging on the lees.  13.5% ABV
