L'hermine Muscadet de Sevre et Maine 2016

This is a Muscadet and is not sweet but it is sweet that I was able to get some aged Muscadet.   The complexity and structure of this wine is stronger than I might be.  Amazing balance and purity.  The typicity of this wine is like no other. Even some pepper notes on the end.  The wine just makes you smile.  This is a winer nerds dream. I only have 12 bottles in the shop and hoping to get some more soon.
