This Pinot Grigio is fermented on the grapes’ skins and therefore comes out “orange” in color, resulting in a rich palate texture that must be experienced to be believed.  A distinctive strawberry copper color, it's produced as an homage to the original orange style of pinot grigio in Italy (Ramato). The additional time spent on the skins during fermentation, gives this wine more complexity and substance. With light citrus and floral notes on the nose and palate, and a zesty acidity.  13.5% ABV
