In the Egrots, a small hamlet of Sury en Vaux, about 4 kilometers from Sancerre, Michel and Laurent Thomas farm 17 hectares. They took over the family estate in 1970, which was founded by Michel’s father in 1946.  Known for its crisp acidity, fresh citrus flavors, and mineral notes. It is dry and light-bodied, with a pale yellow or greenish color.  The wine displays an exotic nose with a touch of smoke and licorice. On the palate, peach and watermelon dominate with citrus zest and chalk notes.  12.5% ABV
