Hand-picked fruit.  Whole berry fermentation featuring a partial carbonic fermentation to highlight fresh fruit characteristics.  Mixed oak regime featuring 100% French and Italian oak aging.  A fine, elegant nose defined by a distinct savory reticence, complemented by hints of violets.  Medium to full-bodied, fresh, and racy. It offers an expansive core of South Australian fruit sweetness featuring notes of raspberry and fresh plums.  Structured with rich, deeply savory tannins.  15% ABV
