100% Viognier
Settled on 8 hectares north of Beaujolais, in the municipality of Jullié to carry out our project in Organic Agriculture. Fermented with whole clusters using indigenous yeasts with minimal intervention wines to express the terroir and the purest form of each varietal. All wines are aged on lees in tanks or barrels between 6 and 12 months. Fresh and aromatic, defined by white peach and stone fruit aromas. The palate offers notes of yellow fruit, ginger, and lemongrass. A fresher, more restrained take on Viognier compared to often heavier Southern French styles. 11% ABV
