100% Sauvignon Blanc

Vibrant and layered notes of mandarin, mango, sage, and lemon, with hints of tropical fruit and fresh herbs. Some tasters also note citrus, melon, and passionfruit.  A concentrated palate with citrus, melon, and gooseberry, and touches of delicate blackcurrant and wild fennel. It is characterized as bright, fresh, and lively.  The finish is Crisp, clean, and lingering, with a touch of minerality.
