Minimum vine age of 20+ years. Soils are exclusively Kimmeridgian marl, mineral-rich and well-draining. Aromas of citrus, lime, and grapefruit. On the palate, it offers flavors of apple, grapefruit, and Meyer lemon with a crisp, mineral-driven finish and bright acidity. 13% ABV
