Philippe Gonet Ter Blanc Brut NV

100% Chardonnay

Founded in 1830,  Champagne Philippe Gonet is located in the heart of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.  1/3 Grand Cru Le Mesnil sur Oger Les Hautes-Mottes, 1/3 Grand Cru Oger Vozémieux, 1/3 Premier Cru Ludes Les Corrigniers.  Pale yellow with a green tint.
The perlage is abundant with a fine mousse, which stays at the top of the glass. Elegant nose of fine, fresh nuts, subtle vanilla aromas, and fresh citrus fruits like grapefruit and lime. The mouth is smooth at the beginning with a lively freshness, typical of the chardonnay grape.  The wine finishes with white flowers and has a great salinity which comes from the chalk of the terroir.  12% ABV
