The Pierre Paillard Bouzy Rouge "Les Mignottes" 2020 is a Coteaux Champenois, meaning it's a still red wine from the Champagne region, specifically from the Bouzy Grand Cru area. It's made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the "Les Mignottes" lieu-dit, known for its old vines (planted in 1970). The wine undergoes a Burgundian-style vinification with a 15-day maceration in tanks, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, and is bottled without filtration.  13% ABV
This red wine has a magnificent ruby color. The nose is intense, deep and fruity, with delicious cherry notes. The palate is refined and silky, developing delicious notes of cherry and spice. This great wine expresses itself with purity and distinction in a superb, slightly spicy, gourmet length.
