Quinta do Infantado Late Bottled Vintage Port 2021

Made from hand-harvested grapes from at least 50-year-old vines grown on A-grade schist soils.   The vines are 50 years or older, grown on poor schist soils.  Intense ruby-purple, with a deep garnet color.  Displays complex and intense aromas of blackberry compote, dark chocolate, violets, and some spiciness.  A medium-bodied and medium-sweet port with flavors of black cherry, mocha, cassis, leather, and vanilla. It has integrated tannins, good structure, and a refreshing acidity that balances its fruit and richness, leading to a long finish.  19.5% ABV
