Fruit is from a hand pruned vineyard. The wine starts with a wild yeast ferment in stainless steel and transferred to old French wood for 6 months.  

The nose is Rich and Chardonnay-like, offering cashew nuttiness, buttered toast, and a briny seashell flicker alongside subtle melon and peach fruit.  Textural and weighty, balanced by racy, refreshing acidity.  Fresh melon, citrus, white peach, lime zest, and delicate florals.  12.2% ABV
