100% Pinot Noir

From a a small and special Vineyard of only 0.50 hectares. The plot planted with Pinot Noir is located in the "Chardonnet" area. This Burgundy comes from the southern tip of Burgundy.  This plot of Pinot Noir produces slowly ripening fruit, which this grape variety appreciates, allowing it to achieve all its finesse.

Medium + intensity, deep ruby. Lots of red fruit, a bit of cigarbox and pencil lead. Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol and medium tannins, well-structured body with a lovely fruity palate and a lingering finish.  12.5% ABV
