Sourced from the actual village of Chardonnay in the Mâconnais region of France, produced by Laurent Santini (Santini Frères). It features tank fermentation and aging. Notes of green pear, citrus, and savory dried extract characters, backed by an underlying sherry and yeast note.  long, satisfying finish marked by a gentle tanginess and a touch of pithy bitterness resembling grapefruit and cucumber skin.  12.5% ABV
