Light yellow with green tint has aromas suggesting green apples, pear skins, lemon zest and slate. Bosc pears, tangerines, lemons and subtle baking spices on the front palate lead to a silky and zesty back palate. The long, rich and intense finish leaves citrus rind flavors coating the palate. The zesty acidity and texture make this a great food companion.  12% ABV
