Blend of Pedro Ximénez and 20-year-old Oloroso sherry from the El Candado solera. Macerated with Cinchona bark (quinine), gentian root, licorice extract, and nutmeg. The Quina is more intense and bitter with layered aromas of aniseed, nutmeg and dates. Notes of quinine and a satisfying bitterness on the palate lead to a long and complex finish. 17.5% ABV
