70% Caladoc (Grenache × Malbec cross), 15% Merlot, 15% Marselan (Grenache × Cabernet Sauvignon cross)

“Vé”—a local Provençal expression meaning “Look at that!”  Harvested at night to ensure that the bunches are cool upon entry to the winery, “Vé” is pressed directly and given a brief passage in stainless steel before bottling.  The nose offers Wild strawberries, ripe citrus zest, white flowers, and hints of Asian pear and sea salt.  The palate is Bright and vivid with red berry flavors, crisp green apple, and exotic fruits like lychee or mango.  12.5% ABV
