100% Mencia (Off of Old Vines, minimum of 25 years old)
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged briefly in oak barrels. Intense ruby with garnet highlights. Aromas of ripe blackberries, blueberries, dried herbs, lavender, cocoa, and subtle smoky oak. The palate is Medium-bodied with soft tannins, juicy red/black fruit flavors, balanced acidity, and a smooth, spicy finish. 14% ABV
