Ximenez-Spinola Jerez Seco Serie 3 Pedro Ximenez Fino Sherry- 750ml

100% Pedro Ximénez

Aged under flor and in oak casks (utilizing French and American oak influence typical of the house's dry series). Features a light golden color, crisp dry structure, subtle notes of dry wood, hay, ripe apples, nuts, and a characteristic maritime salinity combined with low bitterness.  Light yet unctuous and creamy, offering a surprising balance of fresh biological acidity, low alcohol perception, nuttiness, and a distinct maritime salinity. 15% ABV
